Brian Boyd

Biography

Professor Boyd is a moral theologian who focuses on political economy in light of Church teaching on virtue, community, social structures, and Providence. Beyond his dissertation topic of wage justice, his research agenda includes the nature of money, its abuse through usury, and the possibility of a web3 jubilee; critical realism, corporate belonging, and cooperative social enterprises; and the social scrutiny of technology ("amistics").
