Jack Rankin '28

Biography

Jack Rankin ‘28 is a Classics and Economics double major from suburban Chicago living in Keough Hall. Last summer, he worked as a Resident Counselor with Notre Dame’s Summer Scholars Pre-College program before embarking on a three-week research trip to Italy funded by the Glynn Family Honors Program.

On campus, Jack works at ND Listens, Notre Dame’s alumni relations center, and serves Keough Hall as newspaper editor, Mass lector, and Senator to Student Government. He has taken seminars with both former Notre Dame Presidents, designed murals with campus custodial staff, and studied the impact of AI on education with leading researcher and football chaplain Fr. Nate Wills. Jack enjoys singing with the Folk Choir in the Basilica on-campus and on tours to Southern California and East Asia.
