Biography

Jennifer Di Capua '27 is from Westchester County, New York studying Strategic Management and Political Science. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of the Undergraduate Women in Business Club, where she streamlines internal communications, mentors board members, and oversees large-scale events such as the Women in Business Conference, which draws 200+ participants.

At Notre Dame, Jennifer has immersed herself in collaborative case projects with organizations including the Students Consulting for Nonprofit Club and the Student Policy Network. Notably, she was a finalist in the 2024 Accounting for Sustainability Case Competition, where she addressed human rights abuses in corporate models by developing inventive, AI-driven solutions that were both practical and financially viable.

Beginning in January of 2026, Jennifer will serve as a research assistant and intern for the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership. In this role, she will contribute to building internal databases, author stories for the Center’s website, and represent the student body at conferences with donors, CEO’s, and business leaders.
