Biography
Rohan Jaipuria ’27 is an Economics major concentrating in financial economics and econometrics, with minors in Data Science, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and the Glynn Family Honors Program. He is passionate about bridging research to practice. As a research assistant for the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities, he supports randomized controlled trials and performs scalable data workflows, and as a research assistant for the McKenna Center for Human Development and Global Business, he builds automated data systems to improve evidence on low-income entrepreneurship in South Bend.
On campus, he is a part of the College Fed Challenge team and was part of a first-place Fiscal Challenge cohort developing data-driven policy recommendations. Beyond the classroom, Rohan leads Beyond the Dome’s Consulting Career Community, mentoring students on pathways into consulting. In the south bend community, he works as a student consultant for local enterprises, and internationally he has helped small businesses in Cape Town to deliver measurable efficiency gains. Rohan focuses on applied, evidence-based problem solving, and he aims for a career where analysis translates into impact for organizations and communities.
