Anna O'Brien '28

Biography

Anna O’Brien ‘28 is a double major in Finance and English, originally from the suburbs of Chicago. In addition to the Sheedy Family Program, Anna is also a member of Mendoza’s Business Honors Program. The summer after freshman year, she participated in an Investment Banking Bootcamp at Lincoln International as well as worked as an extern for RoundTable Healthcare Partners. These experiences confirmed her interest in pursuing a career in financial services.

On campus, Anna is very involved with her dorm, Ryan Hall, and currently serves as the Secretary, facilitating communications throughout the community and planning events. She also is involved with SIBC projects, leads a campus ministry freshmen small group, and works on projects through Innovation for Impact to aid a women’s school in Uganda. Over her sophomore year fall break, she will be studying in Germany and Poland with her English class, and she hopes to study abroad further throughout her time at Notre Dame.
