Biography

Marcello Santana-Aubert ‘28, originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has a triple major in Finance, Accounting, and Global Affairs with a minor in Philosophy. In the summer of 2025, Marcello interned with Integrus Partners, a healthcare-focused investment bank. He worked across healthcare sectors, supporting clients and collaborating directly with senior bankers. This experience strengthened his interest in investment banking while also shaping his perspective on the broader impact financial services can have in driving innovation and improving access within critical industries.

At Notre Dame, Marcello is involved in numerous organizations, including the Student International Business Council (SIBC), where he was selected for GTCR’s travel team in Spring 2025. He is also part of the Irish in Business Scholars program, an initiative designed to equip students with both the technical expertise and interpersonal skills essential for success in high finance.


Beyond Academics, Marcello is also incredibly passionate about service. He currently serves as a mentor for First Gen Careers, an organization partnered with Notre Dame's Career Center that connects students with mentors and career-related resources. Looking ahead, he looks to apply his experiences and skills toward a future in finance that combines technical expertise with meaningful social impact.
