Allison Caffrey '25

Biography

Allison Caffrey is an Associate at Boston Consulting Group in Denver, Colorado. She is beginning her career as a generalist, advising clients across industries on their most complex and high-impact challenges. She is particularly interested in gaining expertise in the education and social impact sectors as her career progresses.
Caffrey graduated from Notre Dame in 2025 with a double major in Business Analytics and Sociology. During her time on campus, she held several leadership roles aimed at enhancing student life and promoting gender equity, including Vice President of Ryan Hall, Programming Chair for the Hall President’s Council, and Deputy Director of the Department of Gender Relations: Title IX and Women’s Initiatives.
