Biography

Brian George is a senior from Dallas, Texas, studying finance with a minor in science, technology, and values at the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, Brian co-founded Routora, a startup focused on providing route optimization services to improve delivery efficiency. He won the National ACC Venture Competition People's Choice Award, proudly representing Notre Dame. His professional experience includes working at Citi's Sales & Trading division in NYC and a long/short equity hedge fund before that. Brian studied abroad in London during the Spring of 2025, expanding his global perspective on business and finance.

On campus, Brian is an Advisory Board Member and Notre Dame's Ambassador for the Philanthropy Lab Organization, where he assists with grant writing for Michigan and Indiana nonprofits. Currently, he is leading the evaluation process to secure up to $50,000 in additional funding for the Philanthropy and the Common Good course and its selected grantees. He is also involved with the Notre Dame Idea Center, helping to promote innovation and support aspiring founders at the university. 

Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Brian aspires to work in private equity or growth equity, leveraging his experiences in finance and entrepreneurship.
