Biography
Suzie Hanley ‘28 is a double-major in Business Analytics and Psychology. Her academic focus lies at the intersection of data-driven insights and human behavior, which she applies as a Research Assistant at the Mendoza Behavioral Lab. In this role, she aids researchers in collecting and analyzing data on human decision-making in a business context. Suzie applies her skills to the Impact Consulting division of SIBC, where she has worked for the nonprofit organization ACE for three projects, eventually serving as a project leader. Through these experiences, Suzie has developed digital marketing strategies, analyzed recruitment data, and presented to top consulting firms. During the summer of 2025, she interned at MediBeacon Inc. where she gained practical business experience by coordinating preclinical and international shipments, managing shareholder records, and improving operational efficiency by applying the 5S methodology to the workplace.
Suzie is from St. Louis, Missouri, and currently lives in Flaherty Hall, where she serves as Service and Pep Rally Commissioner for her dorm. Suzie’s commitment to her community extends beyond Notre Dame’s campus as she helps tutor students in the South Bend area through MercyWorks and fosters relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Best Buddies. She’s also involved in Innovation 4 Impact, where she helps promote women’s health and empowerment at a girls-only boarding school in Uganda.
With a diverse background in analytics, behavioral science, and leadership, Suzie is driven to pursue a career focused on strategic problem-solving. She is eager to leverage her skills in data analysis and human-centered strategy to solve complex business challenges and drive meaningful change.
