Biography

Suryansh (Surya) Arora ’28 is a Finance and Economics double major from New Delhi, India with interests spanning finance, politics, philosophy, languages, and business. In summer 2025, he interned with an asset management firm in India, where he developed weekly equity research reports valuing Indian securities across long-term investment horizons. He has also gained experience in the Commerce Division of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in New Delhi under Ambassador H.E. David Puig, and at IDA Foundation in Mumbai, where he helped design an Environmental Management System aligned with ISO14001 standards.

On campus, Surya is active in the Student International Business Council, where he has contributed to projects with Barclays and Eastdil Secured and led the Holladay Properties Real Estate project. He is also engaged in the Student Policy Network, presenting a white paper on refugee policy to the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C. Beyond finance and policy, Surya has worked with the Notre Dame Venture Capital Club on projects for Irish Angels and contributes as an editor for Strike Magazine. He also works with ND Studios and Hagerty Café. In the future, Surya aims to combine his multidisciplinary interests to pursue a career in financial services, while continuing to develop and express his perspectives through writing and analysis.
