Biography
Alessa Atallah ’29 is a Psychology major with a minor in Business Economics whose interests lie at the intersection of human behavior, business, and law. Her academic and professional experiences have sparked a curiosity about how understanding people and the decisions they make can help organizations communicate effectively, grow thoughtfully, and better serve their communities.
Professionally, Alessa has explored these interests across healthcare, marketing, and real estate. As a Marketing & Business Strategy Intern with Vantage Concierge Medicine, she conducted market research to support expansion into a new region and contributed to brand development. She later worked as an Assistant Property Manager with Rochester River Square, where she rebuilt the company’s website, expanded its digital reach, and worked directly with tenants and prospective residents.
At Notre Dame, Alessa serves as Director of Publicity for the Student Union Board and co-founded the III XIII Foundation, a Michigan-based nonprofit supporting artistic and scientific excellence. Looking ahead, she hopes to pursue a career in law while exploring how psychology and business can shape thoughtful, people-centered leadership.
