Biography
Casey Czerniawski '29 is a Finance major with minors in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and French, and is interested in in-depth research, critical analysis, and problem-solving. Most recently, she interned in consulting with Systems Evolutions Inc., where she benchmarked competitive industry players, deployed AI-driven candidate screening tools, and restructured enterprise CRM records to improve pipeline tracking for the firm's Business Development team. Her experience further strengthened her interest in creating data-oriented solutions to complex problems and finding overlooked opportunities. She has further gained experience through the Baird Student International Business Council, where she was selected as one of ten analysts from a competitive applicant pool to build a sell-side M&A pitch deck for Baird executives, and through Notre Dame's Investment Club, where she co-authored and defended an equity valuation thesis on Veeva Systems before a panel of institutional analysts.
In addition to her involvement in the Sheedy Family Program, Casey serves as an officer of Undergraduate Women in Business and Treasurer of the Debate Club, where she founded Notre Dame's Youth Podium chapter to coach and mentor middle and high school students locally and nationally. She also serves on the Red Cross's event coordination board, organizing service events such as home fire safety initiatives for underserved residents in South Bend and CPR trainings. She is also a Peer Advocate for the Notre Dame Judicial Council, serving as an informational resource and support system for students involved in formal disciplinary hearings. In the future, Casey aims to pursue a career in management consulting or finance, drawing on her interdisciplinary Sheedy training to approach business challenges with an ethical, people-centered lens.
