Biography

Noah Longo '28 is a double major in Economics and Political Science with minors in Finance and Real Estate from Morristown, New Jersey. His coursework has shaped his interest in how markets and policy intersect, particularly in real estate and investment banking.

On campus, Noah is involved with the Student International Business Council (SIBC) in the finance division, where he has served as a travel team analyst on the Audax, BNP Paribas, and TD Securities projects, applying financial modeling and industry research to real client engagements. This fall, he is leading the TD Securities project, overseeing a team of analysts and coordinating the group's research and deliverables. He is also a member of the Notre Dame Club Lacrosse team.

This past summer, Noah interned at Holladay Properties as a development analyst in Chicago, where he gained hands-on experience helping underwrite deals and evaluating real estate investment opportunities. This internship deepened his interest in the real estate sector and gave him a firsthand look at how development projects move from underwriting to close. Looking ahead, Noah will be in New York next summer working as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at TD Securities.
