Biography

Samuel Lee '28 is from Seoul, South Korea, and is a double major in Finance and Studio Art. His artistic background has built his patience, persistence, and self-awareness, while his finance background gives him the confidence and rational grounding to act on his thinking. His printmaking has earned national recognition, including a top honor in a national scholastic arts competition and awards for creative work at an international youth invention competition.

Samuel is a Sheedy Family Scholar, a selective intellectual community that pairs business and the liberal arts around the theme of meaningful work. Through the Student International Business Council, he worked on a healthcare marketing project for Eli Lilly, producing client-ready deliverables presented directly to company leadership. He also tutored local high school students in personal finance and investing through First Generation Investors, and currently works as a student employee at South Dining Hall and Rohr's, building his teamwork and time management skills.
