AlphaSights offers accelerated growth: it only takes 24-30 months in their (full-time) Associate Program to have the opportunity to be eligible for manager elevation. They invest in early-career talent in hopes of seeing individuals stay and grow at their firm! They also offer a variety of employee resource groups, and offer an enriching experience to those who choose to start their career at AlphaSights.
